"All aboard the steamboat Rockledge, for a journey in time."

Take a journey in time this Presidents Day February 15th, to learn about tales and history of Florida.

The first part of the webinar is about Presidential visits to Florida. Including but not limited to the visit of President Grover Cleveland in 1888, who sailed in a steamboat called the Rockledge from Titusville to Cocoa, Warren Harding, FDR, John F Kennedy. Stories of the Indian River Hotel, the Brevard Hotel, and early homesteaders.

A special session for memories shared by local long-time residents is planned as well. Including a sneak preview of other upcoming events that will interest histoy buffs.
